Truck loading and unloading ULDs
Dyba Tech offers various technical solutions for loading and unloading cargo trailers with air cargo pallets/containers (ULDs). Ranging from a simple manual low budget system, to an advanced semi-automatic system. A truckdock is a lifting system to bridge the height difference between the cargo trailer and the warehouse system.
General
For a fast and efficient loading/unloading cycle of a cargo trailer, the truck dock system is often extended with at least 3 storage positions. This allows a cargo trailer to be serviced in a short period of time, as there are usually four 10ft ULDs being transported in 1 cargo trailer.
Possible versions / options:
— Base types: 10 ft / 15 ft / 20 ft
— Transport deck with castor wheels or (powered) rollers
— Crash barrier with (driven) intake roller
— Manually or automatically operated ULD stops
